To cook your lamb chops to perfection, try out these helpful tips: use a well-seasoned grill or grill pan with plenty of oil to sear the chops until they are browned on both sides, season them with herbs, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary to enhance their flavor, and be careful not to overcook them, as the ideal temperature for lamb chops is 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) for medium-well, or 135 degrees F (57 degrees C) for medium-rare.
For a zesty contrast, serve lamb chops with a refreshing lemony pea salad and whipped sweet potatoes.
When serving lamb, we recommend breaking open a bottle of a classic and complementary red wine, such as a full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon or a medium-bodied Pinot Noir.
