Bone marrow is often roasted and served as a warm spread on matzah or kosher for pesach crackers. To roast the bone marrow, simply place the bones in a baking dish and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 450°F. Once roasted, simply scoop out the soft, creamy marrow and spread it on matzah or mix it into your dish of choice.
